Guaifenesin

Menthol

Terbutaline

A bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe.

Relief of symptoms associated with acute bronchitis and other respiratory tract infections characterized by productive cough (cough with mucus).

Treatment of bronchospasm associated with reversible airway obstruction (such as in asthma or COPD – when used in conjunction with other appropriate therapies).

Ambroxol and guaifenesin work synergistically to reduce the viscosity of mucus, facilitating its expectoration. Menthol provides a local cooling effect, potentially relieving discomfort. Terbutaline acts on beta-2 adrenergic receptors in the lungs, causing bronchodilation and improving airflow.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Discard after the expiration date.
