Aspirin

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) and antiplatelet agent.

Secondary prevention of cardiovascular events (heart attack, stroke) in patients with a history of coronary artery disease or peripheral artery disease.

Reduction of cardiovascular risk in patients with high cholesterol and other risk factors.

Aspirin inhibits platelet aggregation, preventing blood clot formation. Rosuvastatin lowers LDL cholesterol ('bad' cholesterol) and triglycerides while raising HDL cholesterol ('good' cholesterol). Clopidogrel also inhibits platelet aggregation, providing additional antiplatelet effect.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Dizziness or drowsiness can be side effects; avoid driving or operating machinery if experiencing these.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. This combination is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.



Children

Not recommended for children unless specifically prescribed by a pediatric cardiologist.



Kidney

Kidney impairment may affect the elimination of these drugs; dosage adjustment may be necessary.



Liver

Liver impairment may affect the metabolism of these drugs; dosage adjustment or alternative medication may be required.
