Adjunctive therapy for focal seizures with or without secondary generalization in adults and adolescents (age 12 years and older).

Joseiz 50mg Tab (Lacosamide) selectively binds to voltage-gated sodium channels, slowing the recovery from inactivation. This reduces the repetitive firing of neurons, thus stabilizing neuronal hyperexcitability and reducing seizure activity.

Store at room temperature (20°C to 25°C), away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and response.

Typically, treatment begins with a low dose, gradually increasing until the desired therapeutic effect is achieved.
