Jakavi 20mg Tab (Ruxolitinib) is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. It works by blocking the activity of JAK1 and JAK2 enzymes, which are involved in the signaling pathways that contribute to the uncontrolled growth of cells in myeloproliferative neoplasms and the inflammatory response in GvHD.

Store at room temperature (20°C-25°C). Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

It is typically administered orally (by mouth) with or without food.
