Jakavi 10mg Tab (Ruxolitinib) is a JAK1 and JAK2 inhibitor. It works by blocking the activity of these enzymes, which are involved in the signaling pathways that contribute to the proliferation and survival of abnormal blood cells in myelofibrosis and polycythemia vera, and inflammatory responses in GvHD.
Store at room temperature (20°C to 25°C or 68°F to 77°F). Protect from light and moisture. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.
