A sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (sglt2) inhibitor that helps the kidneys remove excess sugar from the blood into the urine.
A biguanide that lowers blood glucose levels by decreasing glucose production by the liver and improving insulin sensitivity.
A dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (dpp-4) inhibitor that increases the levels of incretins, hormones that help the body regulate blood sugar.
Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults when metformin and another drug are not providing adequate blood glucose control.
May be used in combination with other diabetes medications if needed.
This triple combination medication works through three different mechanisms to lower blood sugar levels. Dapagliflozin increases glucose excretion in the urine. Metformin reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity. Sitagliptin enhances the body's natural glucose-regulating hormones.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
Dosage should be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and response to treatment.

Limit alcohol intake as it can increase the risk of hypoglycemia.

Renal function should be monitored regularly as dapagliflozin is excreted by the kidneys.
