Indomethacin inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol's exact mechanism is not fully understood, but it's believed to act on the central nervous system to reduce fever and pain.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Always follow the prescribed dosage and instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Take with food or milk to minimize stomach upset.
Gastrointestinal upset (nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain)

Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication, as it can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience dizziness or drowsiness.
