Acetaminophen's exact mechanism is unknown, but it's believed to work centrally in the brain to reduce fever and pain. Diclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals in the body that cause pain, fever, and inflammation.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.
