A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that works by reducing hormones that cause pain and swelling.
Also known as acetaminophen, it's a pain reliever and fever reducer that works by blocking chemicals in the brain that cause pain and fever.
Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, back pain, and toothache.
Relief of pain associated with dental procedures.
Relief of pain and fever associated with common cold and flu.
Treatment of dysmenorrhea (painful periods).
Dexketoprofen works by reducing inflammation and pain by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain and swelling. Paracetamol works by reducing pain and fever by blocking the production of prostaglandins in the brain.
Store the medicine at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children.
Always follow the instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.
The usual adult dose is one or two tablets every 8 hours as needed.
Do not exceed the maximum daily dose without consulting your doctor.
Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets.
Stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation.
Heartburn, indigestion, gas.
Dizziness, drowsiness, headache.
Skin rash, itching, hives.
Bleeding in the stomach or intestines.
Liver problems.
Alcohol can increase the risk of side effects, especially stomach problems. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.
This medicine may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.
This medicine should only be used during pregnancy if the potential benefits outweigh the risks. Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
This medicine is not recommended for children under 18 years of age.
