A diuretic (water pill) that increases urine production, lowering blood volume.
Treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure) in adult patients when treatment with two agents is considered appropriate.
Telmisartan blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels. Indapamide increases the excretion of sodium and water from the body, reducing blood volume and pressure. The combination provides a synergistic effect, lowering blood pressure more effectively than either drug alone.
Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.

Typically, the recommended dose is one tablet per day, taken at the same time each day, with or without food.
Do not take more than one tablet per day unless directed by your doctor.

Alcohol can increase the risk of dizziness and low blood pressure. Limit alcohol intake while taking this medication.
