Doripenem should be stored at room temperature, away from heat and light.
It should be kept in its original container and kept out of reach of children.
The dosage of Doripenem will be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and the severity of your infection.
It is usually given by intravenous (IV) injection.
Your doctor will tell you how often to take Doripenem and for how long.
