0 Chloramphenicol: Blocks bacterial protein synthesis, preventing bacteria from growing and multiplying.1 Dexamethasone: Reduces inflammation by suppressing the immune response.2 Polymyxin B: Damages the cell membrane of bacteria, causing them to leak and die.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The dosage and frequency of administration will vary depending on the severity of the infection, your age, weight, and overall health.

This medication is usually administered intravenously (IV) or intramuscularly (IM).
