Domperidone

A prokinetic agent that helps speed up the movement of food through the stomach and intestines.

Ilaprazole

A proton pump inhibitor (ppi) that reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach.

Treatment of symptoms associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), such as heartburn, acid reflux, and indigestion.

Relief of nausea and vomiting, especially in cases of delayed gastric emptying.

Domperidone blocks the action of dopamine in the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) of the brain, reducing nausea and vomiting. It also stimulates the muscles of the stomach and upper intestines, promoting food movement. Ilaprazole blocks the enzyme proton pump in the stomach lining, reducing acid production.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The dosage of Domperidone + Ilaprazole is typically 1 tablet twice daily, taken before meals.

The doctor may adjust the dosage based on the patient's individual needs and medical history.

It is important to swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water.

Rare but serious side effects may include: irregular heartbeat, seizures, allergic reactions.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may worsen the side effects of this medication, so it is best to avoid alcohol consumption while taking Domperidone + Ilaprazole.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. It is not advisable to drive or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks. Consult with your doctor for advice.



Children

This medication is not generally recommended for children unless specifically prescribed by a doctor.



Kidney
