Ibuprofen

Paracetamol

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, back pain, menstrual cramps.

Ibuprofen inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol's exact mechanism is not fully understood, but it is believed to act on the central nervous system to reduce fever and pain.
