May be used in combination when monotherapy is insufficient to control blood pressure.
Olmesartan Medoxomil blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels. Cilnidipine blocks calcium from entering the heart and blood vessel muscles, relaxing them and lowering blood pressure.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Typically taken once daily, usually with or without food.
