Ibitret 10mg Cap (Isotretinoin) reduces sebum production, inhibits keratinization (the process of skin cell maturation), and possesses anti-inflammatory properties, thus effectively treating acne vulgaris.

Store at controlled room temperature, 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage is determined by a physician based on individual needs and tolerance.

Typically administered orally, once or twice daily with food.

Treatment duration is usually several months and varies depending on the patient's response.

Alcohol Consumption

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Isotretinoin is highly teratogenic (causes birth defects). It is absolutely contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding women. Strict contraception is mandatory.



Children

Use in children is generally not recommended except in severe cases and under strict medical supervision.



Kidney

Renal impairment may affect drug metabolism. Dosage adjustments may be needed.



Liver

Hepatic impairment may affect drug metabolism. Regular liver function tests are necessary.
