Naphazoline Hydrochloride

A vasoconstrictor that shrinks blood vessels in the nose, relieving nasal congestion.

Chlorpheniramine Maleate

An antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, a substance released by the body during allergic reactions, reducing sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.

Temporary relief of nasal congestion and other symptoms associated with the common cold, hay fever, and other upper respiratory allergies.

Sinusitis.

This combination medication works by shrinking swollen blood vessels in the nose (vasoconstriction) and blocking the effects of histamine, a chemical that triggers allergic reactions. This helps to reduce nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.

Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the bottle.

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: 2-3 sprays in each nostril every 12 hours, as needed.

Children 6 to 11 years of age: 1-2 sprays in each nostril every 12 hours, as needed.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Avoid getting the solution in your eyes.

Do not use for more than 3 days without talking to your doctor.

Drowsiness.

Headache.

Dryness of the nose.

Nausea.

Vomiting.

Restlessness.

Insomnia.

Allergic reactions, including rash, itching, and swelling.

Alcohol Consumption

May increase drowsiness. Avoid alcohol while using this medication.



While Driving or operating Machinery

May cause drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Talk to your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

Use with caution in children. Follow the dosage instructions carefully.



Kidney

May be used with caution in patients with kidney disease.



Liver

May be used with caution in patients with liver disease.
