Hyoscine Butylbromide

An antispasmodic drug that relaxes smooth muscles in the gastrointestinal tract, reducing abdominal cramps and pain.

Mefenamic Acid

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins.

Treatment of abdominal pain associated with various conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), dysmenorrhea (menstrual cramps), and other gastrointestinal spasms.

Relief of moderate to severe pain related to inflammation.

Hyoscine butylbromide acts by inhibiting the action of acetylcholine on smooth muscle cells, leading to relaxation of the gastrointestinal tract. Mefenamic acid inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins, which are mediators of inflammation and pain.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take the medication with food or milk to reduce the risk of stomach upset.

Children
