This combination drug works through multiple mechanisms. Caffeine provides a stimulant effect. Cetirizine blocks histamine receptors, reducing allergic responses. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to relieve congestion.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard after the expiry date.

Children

Kidney

Patients with kidney impairment should use caution and consult their doctor as cetirizine is primarily excreted by the kidneys.



Liver

Patients with liver impairment should use caution and consult their doctor, as paracetamol is metabolized by the liver. Excessive doses can cause liver damage.
