Menadione is the generic name for the drug, also known as Vitamin K2.It is available in various formulations, including tablets, capsules, and injections.
Treatment of Vitamin K deficiency.
Prevention of bleeding in patients with Vitamin K deficiency.
Treatment of certain types of bleeding disorders.
Prophylaxis of hemorrhagic disease of the newborn.
Reversal of the effects of warfarin (Coumadin), a blood thinner.
Hars K Inj 1ml (Menadione) is a synthetic form of Vitamin K. It acts as a cofactor for enzymes involved in the production of clotting factors in the liver, ultimately leading to blood coagulation and preventing bleeding.
Store Menadione at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Do not use Menadione after its expiration date.
Dosage and administration of Menadione will be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and condition.
It is typically administered orally as tablets or capsules, or intravenously as an injection.
