Halocare Dt 1.5mg Tab (Haloperidol) is a butyrophenone neuroleptic antipsychotic drug. It works primarily by blocking dopamine D2 receptors in the brain, reducing the effects of dopamine, a neurotransmitter implicated in psychotic symptoms and mania.
