Domperidone

An antiemetic (prevents nausea and vomiting) that works by blocking dopamine receptors in the brain.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by reducing the production of prostaglandins in the body.

Domperidone blocks dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) of the brain, preventing the stimulation of vomiting. Paracetamol inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are mediators of pain and fever.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.
