Citrate the active pharmaceutical ingredient (api) responsible for the drug's effects.

Treatment of ovulatory dysfunction in women with infertility.

Induction of ovulation in women who are anovulatory or have infrequent ovulation.

Goodova 50mg Cap (Enclomiphene) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It acts primarily as an estrogen antagonist in the hypothalamus, blocking the negative feedback effect of estrogen on the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). This increase in GnRH leads to a rise in luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), ultimately stimulating ovulation.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C). Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.

The dosage and duration of treatment should be determined by a physician and tailored to the individual patient's needs.

Typically, the recommended starting dose is 50mg of Enclomiphene Citrate daily for 5 days, beginning on cycle day 5.

Dosage may be adjusted by the physician based on response and clinical monitoring.

Patients should be cautious if experiencing side effects like visual disturbances or dizziness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Contraindicated in pregnancy. Not recommended during breastfeeding.



Children

Not indicated for use in children.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with severe renal impairment; dose adjustment may be necessary.



Liver

Use with caution in patients with severe hepatic impairment; dose adjustment may be necessary.
