How Goodova 100mg Cap Works

Goodova 100mg Cap (Enclomiphene) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It acts as an antagonist in the hypothalamus, blocking the negative feedback effect of estrogen, thus stimulating the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) from the hypothalamus. This leads to increased secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) from the pituitary gland, which in turn stimulates ovarian follicle development and ovulation.

Dosage of Goodova 100mg Cap
