This triple combination medication works synergistically to lower blood glucose levels. Glimepiride increases insulin secretion, metformin enhances insulin sensitivity and reduces hepatic glucose production, and voglibose inhibits carbohydrate digestion and absorption.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any medication that has expired.

Alcohol consumption can increase the risk of hypoglycemia. Avoid excessive alcohol intake while taking this medication.
Hypoglycemia can impair judgment and coordination. Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience hypoglycemic symptoms.
