Glucreta 5mg Tab (Dapagliflozin) is a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor. It works in the kidneys by blocking the reabsorption of glucose into the bloodstream, increasing its excretion in the urine. This leads to lower blood glucose levels and a reduction in cardiovascular risk factors.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage varies depending on individual needs and other medications. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

Typically taken once daily, orally, with or without food.
