Acarbose

An alpha-glucosidase inhibitor that slows down the breakdown of carbohydrates in the small intestine.

Metformin

A biguanide that improves insulin sensitivity and decreases glucose production by the liver.

Alcohol Consumption

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Children
