About Glinate 60mg Tab
Glinate 60mg Tab (Nateglinide) is a medication used to treat type 2 diabetes. It helps control blood sugar levels by stimulating the release of insulin from the pancreas. It is important to take Nateglinide exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more or less of it than prescribed. Take Nateglinide with a meal or within 30 minutes of starting a meal. Do not take Nateglinide if you have not eaten. Common side effects of Nateglinide include low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), weight gain, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, increased appetite, rash, and itching. If you experience any side effects that are severe or bothersome, contact your doctor immediately. Alcohol can lower blood sugar levels, so avoid excessive alcohol consumption while taking Nateglinide. Talk to your doctor about how much alcohol is safe for you to consume. Nateglinide may cause low blood sugar, which can affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. Be cautious if you are driving or operating machinery while taking Nateglinide. Nateglinide is not recommended for pregnant women as it may be harmful to the developing fetus. Nateglinide may pass into breast milk.
