Glimepiride

Metformin

Vitamin B12 deficiency (longterm use).

Allergic reactions: Rash, itching, swelling.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol can increase the risk of hypoglycemia and lactic acidosis. Limit alcohol intake.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Hypoglycemia can impair judgment and reaction time. Avoid driving or operating machinery if experiencing hypoglycemic symptoms.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor.



Children

Not recommended for children.
