Caffeine

Chlorpheniramine Maleate

An antihistamine that helps relieve runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes associated with allergies or the common cold.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving nasal congestion.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as headache, fever, muscle aches, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes.

Temporary relief of allergy symptoms.

This combination drug works by targeting several symptoms simultaneously. Caffeine provides a stimulating effect, chlorpheniramine maleate blocks histamine receptors to reduce allergy symptoms, paracetamol reduces fever and pain, and phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to relieve congestion.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken or damaged.

Always follow the dosage instructions provided on the product label or by your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take with a full glass of water.
