A sulfonylurea drug that stimulates your pancreas to release more insulin.
A biguanide that helps your body use insulin more effectively and reduces the amount of sugar your liver produces.
Type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet and exercise alone are not enough to control blood sugar levels.
This combination medication works through three different mechanisms to lower blood sugar. Dapagliflozin increases sugar excretion in urine, glimepiride stimulates insulin release, and metformin improves insulin sensitivity and reduces glucose production by the liver. This triple action helps to control blood sugar levels more effectively than any single agent alone.

This medication is usually taken orally with or without food. Never crush or chew the tablets.

Alcohol can increase the risk of hypoglycemia and lactic acidosis. Limit alcohol intake.
