Aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide neutralize excess stomach acid by chemically reacting with it. Simethicone reduces gas by breaking down gas bubbles, preventing bloating and discomfort. Milk of Magnesia's laxative effect is due to its osmotic action, drawing water into the intestines and softening stool.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C), away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
