Treatment of acute bacterial sinusitis in adults.

Ambroxol works by reducing the viscosity of mucus, making it easier to cough up. Gatifloxacin works by inhibiting the growth of bacteria that cause infections.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children.
