How Gamaderm P Soap 75gm Works

Cetrimide disrupts the cell membranes of bacteria and fungi, leading to their death. Permethrin acts on the nerve membranes of lice and mites, causing paralysis and death. The combination provides a broader spectrum of activity against various parasites.
