A fluoroquinolone antibiotic effective against a wide range of bacteria.
A nitroimidazole antimicrobial agent effective against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa.
Treatment of bacterial infections of the gastrointestinal tract (e.g., diarrhea, dysentery caused by susceptible bacteria).
Treatment of gynecological infections caused by susceptible bacteria and protozoa (e.g., bacterial vaginosis).
Treatment of other infections caused by susceptible bacteria and protozoa, as determined by a physician.
Prulifloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, leading to bacterial cell death. Tinidazole interferes with the DNA of anaerobic bacteria and protozoa, resulting in their destruction.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.
The dosage will be determined by a physician based on the patient's age, weight, and the severity of the infection.
It is typically administered orally with or without food.
Follow the prescribed dosage and duration of treatment carefully. Do not stop taking the medication prematurely, even if symptoms improve.
Complete the entire course of medication as directed by your doctor.
