Gabawin Er 82.5 Tab (Pregabalin) binds to auxiliary subunits of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, reducing the release of neurotransmitters such as substance P, norepinephrine, and glutamate, thus relieving pain and reducing anxiety and seizure activity. The exact mechanism isn't fully elucidated, but it's believed to modulate neurotransmission in several key areas of the brain and spinal cord.
