Gabawin 25 Tab (Pregabalin) binds to the α2-δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, reducing the release of several neurotransmitters, including substance P, glutamate, and norepinephrine. This modulation of neurotransmitter release is thought to contribute to its analgesic and anxiolytic effects.
Store at room temperature (20°C to 25°C) in a tightly closed container, away from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.

The medication is typically administered orally with or without food.
