Beclometasone

A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the airways.

Formoterol

A long-acting beta-agonist that relaxes the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe.

Treatment of asthma in adults and children aged 6 years and over.

Treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults.

Prevention of asthma symptoms.

Management of exerciseinduced bronchospasm.

Beclometasone dipropionate is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the airways by suppressing the release of inflammatory mediators. Formoterol fumarate is a long-acting beta2-agonist that relaxes the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe. When used together, they provide both anti-inflammatory and bronchodilator effects, helping to control asthma and COPD symptoms.

Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 25°C (59°F and 77°F). Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of unused medication properly.

Dosage is determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and severity of your condition.

Inhaled through the mouth using a spacer device.

Follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Do not take more or less than prescribed.

Do not stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor.

Less common side effects include: fungal infection in the mouth, muscle cramps, tremor, insomnia.

Serious side effects are rare but can include: allergic reactions, pneumonia, high blood pressure, heart problems, osteoporosis.

Common side effects include: headache, sore throat, hoarseness, dry mouth.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may interact with this medication, potentially increasing the risk of side effects. Consult your doctor about alcohol consumption.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Use during pregnancy is generally avoided unless the benefits outweigh the risks. Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is generally safe for children over the age of 6, but it is important to consult your doctor for dosage recommendations.



Kidney

This medication is generally safe for people with kidney disease, but your doctor may adjust your dosage.



Liver

This medication is generally safe for people with liver disease, but your doctor may adjust your dosage.
