Clobazam is the active ingredient in the medication.It belongs to a class of drugs called benzodiazepines.

Frisium 20mg Tab (Clobazam) works by enhancing the effects of a neurotransmitter called GABA in the brain. GABA has a calming effect and helps to reduce seizures and anxiety.

Store clobazam at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

The dosage of clobazam will vary depending on your condition, age, and overall health.

Your doctor will determine the appropriate dose for you.

It is usually taken orally, either with or without food.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Clobazam can be harmful to an unborn baby. It can also pass into breast milk. Consult your doctor about the risks and benefits of taking clobazam during pregnancy or breastfeeding.



Children

Clobazam is not recommended for children under the age of 6 months.



Kidney

People with kidney problems may need a lower dose of clobazam.



Liver

People with liver problems may have a higher risk of side effects from clobazam.
