Dosage varies depending on the condition being treated and individual needs. It's crucial to follow your doctor's instructions.

Lactulose and Ispaghula are usually taken orally with a full glass of water.

For constipation, the typical dose is taken once or twice daily.

For hepatic encephalopathy, the dose may be higher and taken multiple times daily.
