Paracetamol

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving stuffiness.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold or flu, such as runny nose, sneezing, cough, fever, and aches and pains.

Temporary relief of nasal congestion.

This combination medication works by targeting several symptoms simultaneously. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine receptors to reduce allergic symptoms like runny nose and sneezing. Dextromethorphan suppresses the cough reflex. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain by acting on the central nervous system. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
