Caffeine

Diphenhydramine

Paracetamol

Phenylephrine

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold or flu, such as headache, fever, muscle aches, nasal congestion, and cough (if combined with a cough suppressant – this formulation likely does not include one).

Temporary relief of allergy symptoms (though diphenhydramine's sedative effects might limit daytime use).

This combination drug acts through multiple mechanisms. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system, diphenhydramine blocks histamine receptors to reduce allergy symptoms and induce drowsiness, paracetamol reduces fever and pain through central action on the CNS, and phenylephrine constricts blood vessels to relieve nasal congestion.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard after the expiry date.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take with or without food as directed.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.



Children

Follow age-appropriate dosage instructions carefully. The combination of stimulant (caffeine) and sedative (diphenhydramine) can be particularly problematic in children.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney impairment.



Liver

Use with caution in patients with liver impairment. Paracetamol overdose can cause severe liver damage.
