Ferric Carboxymaltose

Ferric carboxymaltose is the main active ingredient. Ferric Carboxymaltose Injection 50mg/Ml 10ml (Ferric Carboxymaltose) delivers iron directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the need for absorption in the gut. This allows for rapid replenishment of iron stores and correction of anemia. The iron is then incorporated into hemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying protein in red blood cells.

Store at room temperature, protected from light. Do not freeze. Discard any unused portion after the expiry date.

Dosage is determined by the physician based on individual needs and response to treatment. It is usually administered intravenously (IV) by a healthcare professional.

The medication is given as a slow intravenous infusion. Rapid infusion can lead to adverse effects.

Do not administer this medication via intramuscular, subcutaneous, or other routes.
