Fenobate 160mg Tab (Fenofibrate) is a fibrate drug. It works by activating peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPAR-α). This activation leads to increased breakdown of triglycerides and increased excretion of cholesterol from the body. It also increases levels of 'good' HDL cholesterol.
