Felo 5mg Tab (Baclofen) acts as a GABA-B receptor agonist in the central nervous system. This means it mimics the effects of the neurotransmitter GABA, reducing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters and ultimately decreasing muscle spasticity and spasms.

It is typically started at a low dose and gradually increased as tolerated.
