Paracetamol

A pain reliever and fever reducer that works by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the body that cause pain and fever.

To prevent and treat nausea and vomiting.

Paracetamol works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain and fever. Promethazine blocks the action of histamine, a chemical that is released during allergic reactions and can cause inflammation, itching, and sneezing. It also has antiemetic effects, likely by blocking certain receptors in the brain that control nausea and vomiting.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken or the medicine has changed color or consistency.

The dosage will vary depending on your age, weight, and the condition being treated. Always follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

This medication is typically taken by mouth. The liquid form can be diluted in water or juice.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
