Mefenamic Acid

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, menstrual cramps, and dental pain.

Reduction of fever.

Mefenamic acid inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol's precise mechanism is not fully understood, but it is believed to act on the central nervous system to reduce pain and fever.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take the medication with food or milk to minimize stomach upset.

Rare but serious: Liver damage, kidney problems, blood disorders

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication, as it can increase the risk of stomach bleeding.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience dizziness or drowsiness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Children

Dosage should be adjusted based on the child's weight and age. Consult your pediatrician.



Kidney
