Chlorpheniramine Maleate

An antihistamine that helps relieve runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes by blocking the effects of histamine, a substance released by the body during an allergic reaction.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, chemicals in the body that cause pain and fever.

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving nasal congestion by reducing swelling.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold or flu, such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, headache, and fever.

Relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis (hay fever).

This combination medication works synergistically. Chlorpheniramine maleate blocks histamine receptors, reducing allergic symptoms. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
