Faronem Er 300mg Tab (Faropenem Sodium) works by killing bacteria that cause infections. It does this by interfering with the bacteria's ability to build cell walls.
Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F), away from moisture and direct sunlight.

It is typically administered intravenously (into a vein) over a period of 30 minutes to 1 hour.
