Etoricoxib: A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that belongs to a class of medicines called COX-2 inhibitors.

Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by reducing the production of prostaglandins in the brain and spinal cord.

This combination medication works by reducing pain and inflammation.

Relief of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis.

Relief of pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis.

Relief of acute pain in adults, such as pain following dental surgery or musculoskeletal pain.

Treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (painful periods).

Etoricoxib selectively inhibits the enzyme cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), which is involved in the production of prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the central nervous system.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

The dosage of this medication will be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and medical condition.

It is typically taken once or twice daily with or without food.

It is important to take the medication as prescribed by your doctor and not to exceed the recommended dose.

Serious side effects can occur, including heart attack, stroke, gastrointestinal bleeding, and liver damage. If you experience any serious side effects, seek medical attention immediately.

Common side effects include headache, nausea, dizziness, and indigestion.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption should be avoided while taking this medication as it can increase the risk of stomach bleeding.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children.



Kidney

If you have kidney problems, you may need to take a lower dose of this medication. Your doctor will monitor your kidney function while you are taking this medication.



Liver

If you have liver problems, you may need to take a lower dose of this medication. Your doctor will monitor your liver function while you are taking this medication.
